As part of our project work in the 3rd semester of Cast, we were able to accompany and film the “Pullman City Quest” sled dog race in the Upper Harz mountains. Fortunately, we met an incredibly friendly and open-minded community, through which we were able to learn a lot about the animals and the sport.

Inspired by this, we decided two years later to document one of the biggest sled dog races in the world: The Finnmarkslopet in Northern Norway.
